TERMS OF SERVICE

GLS provides digital marketing, brand strategy, content creation, analytics, and related AI-powered services as described on the Site or in a separate signed statement of work or service agreement ("Agreement"). Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for client engagements are governed by the applicable Agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

If we provide you with Client Portal access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Fees for Services are set out in the applicable Agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt or per the payment terms specified in your Agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of Services. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your Agreement.

You agree to provide timely access, approvals, brand assets, and information reasonably necessary for GLS to perform the Services, and to ensure you have the rights to any content, trademarks, or materials you provide to us for use in campaigns.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, GLS retains ownership of its proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, and AI-powered systems used to deliver the Services. Final client deliverables (such as completed campaign assets) become the property of the client upon full payment, except for GLS's underlying tools and methodologies, which remain our property.

Our Services may involve connecting to or operating on third-party platforms (e.g., social media networks, ad platforms, scheduling tools). We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of those third-party platforms, including account suspensions or algorithm changes outside our control.

The Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GLS does not guarantee specific marketing results, follower counts, engagement rates, revenue, or rankings, as these depend on factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to GLS in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate an Agreement per its terms, or GLS may suspend or terminate Site or Service access for violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as payment obligations, intellectual property, and limitation of liability) will survive.
